• The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the specific project requirements. This individual will work closely with 3D Designers, Industrial Designers, Procurement, and Fabrication teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across all stages of the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also be responsible for project tracking and data input on Sage X3 to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project progress. Use CAD-based software to translate conceptual designs into physically accurate drawings for use real world application and manufacturing.

• A relevant qualification in Industrial Design
• 10 years’ experience in industrial technology and design.
• Experience working with CNC machines, laser cutters, 3d printing, vinyl printers and plotters is preferable.
• Experience with MDF, natural woods, acrylic, common metals, cladding, and laminates as well as the manufacturing methods associated with these materials is advantageous.
• Expert in the creation of technical manufacturing drawings.

• Good at sketching out schematics and ideas for how a particular product should look
• Must be an expert user of SOLIDWORKS Professional
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Rhino 3D will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Corel Draw will be beneficial.

• Project Coordination & Management
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects within the manufacturing domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including 3D Designers, Industrial Designers, Procurement, and Fabrication, to develop a clear understanding of the project’s requirements.
  • Ensure timely identification and resolution of any issues or roadblocks affecting project progress.
  • Ensure that project scope, objectives, and deliverables are clearly defined and agreed upon.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan for each project, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Schedule and Deadline Management
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure all deadlines are met and project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Work with various teams to ensure that deadlines are realistic and achievable and communicate potential delays proactively.
  • Implement and track the execution of project timelines, ensuring all tasks are on schedule.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal project stakeholders, including 3D Designers, Industrial Designers, Procurement, and Fabrication teams.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, resource needs, and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Provide weekly project updates to the Operations team to ensure transparency and alignment on project progress and milestones.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies between teams in a timely and constructive manner.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, making informed decisions to keep the project moving forward.
  • Ensure all project challenges are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders, and work with teams to develop solutions.
• Project Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports that provide insight into progress, resource utilization, and any issues encountered.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurately reflects project status.
  • Perform project tracking and data input on Sage X3, ensuring accurate and timely project status updates and documentation are maintained.
• Product Design & Development
  • Use CAD-based software to translate conceptual designs into physically accurate drawings suitable for real-world application and manufacturing.
  • Be adept at sketching out schematics and ideas for how a product should look, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals.
  • Expert use of SOLIDWORKS Professional is required.
  • Proficiency in Rhino 3D will be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Corel Draw will also be beneficial for creating high-quality graphics and visual designs.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes to increase efficiency and enhance project outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders after project completion to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ad hoc related duties

• Full-time position based at Red Fox Create.
• Occasional travel to manufacturing facilities and project sites may be required.
• Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
