An experienced Logistics Coordinator will join our team to manage both local and international logistics operations in our fast paced and deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of transportation methods, regulatory requirements, and documentation processes, ensuring the efficient movement of goods while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in local and international logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Certificates of Conformities, SADC and SAD500 certificates.
• Experience working with regulatory authorities such as Bureau Veritas, SGS, etc.

• Proficiency in logistics management software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite software (e.g., Excel, Word, Power Point).

1. Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and management of all necessary documentation for shipments, including Certificates of Conformities, SADC Certificates, and SAD500 certificates. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local and international regulations governing logistics operations. Liaise with regulatory authorities such as Bureau Veritas, SGS, and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance.
3. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, selecting transportation modes, and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Transportation Management: Utilize expertise in various transportation modes, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Freight, to select the most efficient and cost-effective options for each shipment.
5. Cost Analysis: Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining service levels and quality standards.
6. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution, to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Client Engagement: Establish Clearing Agent in destination country, liaise with Clearing Agent to confirm regulatory requirements for relevant country, keeping the client up to date with all timelines and processes underway.
